Refund policy

This policy has been prepared in accordance with applicable Turkish consumer legislation, including Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

1. Scope
These terms apply to purchases made through the BUTTER website.

2. Custom-Made Jewellery
All jewellery produced upon order is considered custom-made.
Production and dispatch: within 6–10 business days.
As these products are specially manufactured for the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged except where legally required (e.g. defective or incorrect product).

3. Ready-to-Ship Products
Non-custom products may be returned within 12 days of delivery, provided they are:
- unused,
- unworn,
- in original packaging,
- with all accessories and certificates.

4. Defective Products
If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time. Where required by law, repair, replacement, refund or other legal remedies will be provided.

5. Return Procedure
Please contact customer support before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the legal period after the returned product is received and inspected.
